Pivvot is a venture capitalist group based in Mexico City. The company was formed by three successful businessmen who were eager to start new business ventures. They were interested in entering the world of tech startups but needed a brand identity that would attract young innovative companies to work with them.
The brand identity had to communicate the young entrepreneurial energy of the company while still maintaining a professional look and feel. Several concepts were developed based on the goals of the company and after narrowing it down to four, they chose the angular logo. The final logo represents the company in a more literal sense while still being versatile enough to be used in different ways. The icon can represent a starting point, a pin, a crossroads or a central point of interest. The versatility of the branding allowed Pivvot to communicate the core concepts of the company across multiple platforms in a cohesive and consistent manner.
